Less suited to: Runners who want a single sachet to tuck in a pocket for a short session. For that, look at Nutrition.

We stock the 300g pouch because carrying ten or more gels in a vest is bulky and creates a lot of rubbish. Decanting from one pouch is tidier and lets you take as much or as little as the day needs. It is the same formula as the standard gel, just easier to pour.
