Weekly fun
Come run with us.
We run four times a week, so there's something for everyone. Think an early loop up Mt Iron, an easy social run, a jog down Roy's Peak, or a long Sunday run. Most end with a coffee, a kombucha or a pastry. If you're new, start with Run 4 Fun: a relaxed 4km loop with no minimum pace and no special gear needed.

New to group runs?
Start with Run 4 Fun. There's no minimum pace and no special gear, and you don't need to be a runner already. Just show up. The Sunday Long Run is 16 to 21km, so that one's for people who already run long. Got a question before you come along? Ask us.

On the day
What pace are the runs?
It depends on the run. Run 4 Fun has no minimum pace. The Monday Coffee Run is fairly quick with a lot of uphill, so it's more trail running, with some walking on the steep bits. On Froyday you head up Roy's Peak in your own time, then jog down together. The Sunday Long Run is around 5:30 to 6:00 min/km, so you'll want to be comfortable running 20km at that pace.
Where do the runs start?
The Monday Coffee Run, Run 4 Fun and the Sunday Long Run all start from the shop. Froyday meets at the top of Roy's Peak.
What if the weather is bad?
No matter the weather, we run. Dress for it and come along.
Can I bring my dog?
Usually, yes, on Run 4 Fun, the Sunday Long Run and Monday Coffee Run. Dogs aren't allowed on Froyday.
