Kinisi Running – Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love the gear you take into the mountains, onto the trails, and through everyday life. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

If you’ve had a rethink, we offer exchange or store credit within:

  • 7 days for in‑store purchases
  • 14 days for online orders (from the date your parcel arrives)

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change‑of‑mind returns.

What We Can’t Take Back

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Socks and underwear
  • Nutrition products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Safety gear
  • Items that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear

Footwear must be tried on indoors only.

Faulty or Defective Products

If something isn’t performing as it should, we’ll sort it in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. This may involve repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation. We may need to assess the product or consult with the brand.

Online Returns

For change‑of‑mind returns, return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
To start a return, please contact us at info@kinisi.co.nz before returning the item and we’ll guide you through the process.

Gifts

Gift returns are eligible for exchange or store credit.
