Flask Dry
Flask Dry gets your soft flasks properly dry after washing, so there's no lingering damp or funky smells. Simple, light and a small fix for a very common runner problem (we've all been there).
Group runs
Run them in with us.
New shoes or new kit? Bring them along. We run four times a week, from the relaxed 4km Run 4 Fun to the Sunday long run. All free, everyone's welcome, and most finish with a coffee.
