Kinisi Running – Shipping Policy

We aim to get great gear to great people, quickly and reliably. Below is how shipping works when you order from us.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship nationwide using GoSweetSpot, who work with trusted carriers like NZ Post, CourierPost, Post Haste and others. We choose the best option for your address on a case‑by‑case basis.

  • Flat rate: $10 NZ‑wide
  • Free shipping: Orders $200+
  • No rural surcharge
  • Signature required on most deliveries
  • PO Boxes: Usually fine, depending on the carrier

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days.

Delivery times can vary depending on:

  • Your location (rural may take a little longer)
  • The carrier used
  • Peak season delays across the courier network

If your order is time‑sensitive, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.

Order Processing

We pack orders quickly.

  • Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) usually ship the same day
  • Orders placed after 1pm ship the next working day
  • Weekend orders ship on Monday

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Click & Collect (Wanaka)

Prefer to pick up? Easy.

  • Location: Kinisi Running, 87 Sir Tim Wallis Drive, Three Parks, Wanaka
  • Ready in: Usually within 1–2 hours
  • What to bring: You don’t need to bring anything with you — your confirmation email is helpful but not required.

You’ll get a notification as soon as your order is ready.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll look after you.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you can with a couple of photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We’ll replace the item straight away.
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll organise a refund.

In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item. If we do need it back, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Missing parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, let us know.
We’ll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.

You’ll never be asked to chase couriers — we handle that part.

International Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
We may offer Australia shipping in the future.
