Description

The New Balance SuperComp Rebel is a plated road trainer, shown in Angora with Slate Grey. It brings race-style foam and a propulsion plate to everyday running, so tempo days and long runs feel quick without the price or fragility of a racer. It suits runners who want a lively shoe they can use often.

Why You'll Love It

Infinion foam is soft but springy
Propulsion plate helps you roll through quickly
Rockered shape makes transitions snappy
Durable outsole means it can handle regular miles
Light enough for faster workouts

Technical Features

Weight: 222 g
Drop: 4 mm
Stack height: 40 mm heel, 36 mm forefoot
Midsole: Infinion foam
Plate: Propulsion plate
Upper: FantomFit synthetic
Outsole: Blown rubber
Surface: Road

Perfect For

Tempo runs and fartlek sessions
Long runs at a steady pace
Runners wanting one fast daily trainer
Racing a 10K or half when you do not want a carbon racer

Less suited to: Slow recovery jogs where you want a plush, relaxed ride. For that, look at Road footwear.

Why We Stock It

This fills the gap between everyday trainers and full carbon racers. It gives runners something quick that survives regular use. We like it for people who want a bit of pop in every run.
