CLIF makes energy food for big days out, and we stock CLIF BAR energy bars and CLIF BLOKS energy chews. The bars are made with organic rolled oats and work well before or during a long run, while BLOKS are bite-size chews for quick energy on the move. Grab a few at the counter before you head out on the trails around Wānaka.

New shoes or new kit? Bring them along. We run four times a week, from the relaxed 4km Run 4 Fun to the Sunday long run. All free, everyone's welcome, and most finish with a coffee.
