nerd
nerd belts carry your water, phone and fuel around your waist, so you can leave the vest at home. The NB600 Groove takes two 300ml bottles shaped to curve around your hips, and the NBreverse carries one 550ml bottle at the small of your back, with room for a phone and gels.
Group runs
Run them in with us.
New shoes or new kit? Bring them along. We run four times a week, from the relaxed 4km Run 4 Fun to the Sunday long run. All free, everyone's welcome, and most finish with a coffee.
