Beefast
Beefast makes running fuel from New Zealand honey, including mānuka and Central Otago clover honey. Pick from gels, with or without caffeine, or a soft energy bar for runners who would rather eat something closer to real food. Made in New Zealand.
Group runs
Run them in with us.
New shoes or new kit? Bring them along. We run four times a week, from the relaxed 4km Run 4 Fun to the Sunday long run. All free, everyone's welcome, and most finish with a coffee.
