Description

The HydraPak SkyFlask Speed 500ml in Malibu Blue is a handheld soft flask with an adjustable hand strap and a fast-fill SpeedFill cap. It is made for road and trail runners who like carrying water in the hand rather than in a vest. The strap holds it steady, and the flask collapses as you drink, so there is less sloshing and bulk by the end of the run.

Why You'll Love It
  • Hand strap keeps it secure with no bounce.
  • Fast refills at taps, aid stations or streams.
  • Collapses as you drink, so no slosh.
  • Bite valve flows easily.
  • Light enough for long runs.
Technical Features
  • Capacity: 500 ml
  • Cap: 42mm SpeedFill
  • Weight: 64.5 g
  • Filter compatibility: Works with the HydraPak 42mm Filter Cap
  • Valve: Self-sealing bite valve
  • Carry: Adjustable hand strap
  • Material: TPU, BPA-free and PVC-free
  • Maintenance: Reversible for cleaning, top-rack dishwasher safe
  • Colour: Malibu Blue
Perfect For
  • Road and trail runners who prefer handheld hydration
  • Race days where quick refills matter
  • Long training runs where a vest feels like too much
  • Pairing with the 42mm Filter Cap for stream refills

Less suited to: Longer mountain days with lots of kit to carry. For that, look at Running Vests.

Why We Stock It

Not everyone wants a vest on a steady road or short trail run. A soft flask with a proper hand strap is a tidy alternative. The SpeedFill cap also lets it share accessories with the other 42mm HydraPak flasks we stock.
