Description

The Raide Trail Tech Short for women is a 3 inch trail running short with a liner that carries your fuel and water for you. Five pockets keep a full load low and steady, and a 360mL locking cap flask is included in the box. It is a good fit for runners who would rather skip the vest, and it works with a Raide running belt for extra capacity.

Why You'll Love It
  • Storage sits around the hips, so your shoulders and back stay free.
  • The short 3 inch inseam keeps it light and cool.
  • Gel pockets and a zipped pocket keep small items sorted.
  • Elastic bands hide away until you need to carry poles or a layer.
  • Silicone grip at the liner hem stops it riding up.
Technical Features
  • Pockets: 5: 2 large, 2 gel, 1 zipped
  • Included: 360mL Hydrapak locking cap soft flask
  • Outer fabric: Toray DotAir, 92gsm, 40d x 40d, 85% nylon, 15% spandex
  • Liner: 205gsm, 80% recycled polyester, 20% elastane, made in Italy
  • Inseam: 3 inch
  • Weight: 154g (size S)
  • Waistband: Laser perforated, internal drawstring
  • Liner hem: Silicone grip
  • Extra carry: Hidden elastic bands for pole, ice axe or layer
Perfect For
  • Trail runs where you want water and gels on you, not on your back
  • Warm days and shorter mountain runs
  • Pairing with a belt for longer outings

Less suited to: very long days that need serious capacity for layers and fluid. For that, look at our running vests.

Why We Stock It

A lot of women's running shorts carry little more than a key. This one carries a flask and a decent amount of fuel in a way that stays put. We like it as a vest-free option for trail runs, with the belt as a back-up.
