Description

Hive Energy Himalayan Salt 250mg is a single-serve gel made from raw New Zealand honey with 250mg of Himalayan salt added. The salt gives extra sodium on top of the honey's natural carbohydrates.

It is made for long, hot or sweaty efforts where you lose a lot of salt, and where plain honey does not cover it.

Why You'll Love It
  • Sweet honey with a salty edge, which some runners prefer late in a run
  • 250mg of Himalayan salt for sodium
  • Carbohydrate and sodium in one packet, so one less thing to carry
  • Smooth gel, easy to take on the move
  • Single serve
Technical Features
  • Main ingredient: Raw New Zealand honey
  • Added salt: 250mg Himalayan salt
  • Carbohydrates: Naturally occurring glucose and fructose
  • Format: Single-serve gel
Perfect For
  • Hot days and high-sweat sessions
  • Long trail runs and endurance racing
  • Salty sweaters who like real-food fuel

Less suited to: Short, easy runs where you do not need extra sodium. For that, look at the plain Hive Energy gel in Nutrition.

Why We Stock It

When it gets hot, plain carbs are not always enough. This is the Hive Energy gel with salt built in, so you can fuel and top up sodium in one go without mixing anything.
