Description

The UltrAspire Purist is a 22 litre running hydration pack for multi-day races, adventure racing and long backcountry trips. It is made for athletes carrying real kit for hours over rough ground, with a roll-top main compartment of about 18 litres and pockets spread across the harness and back.

The main body is Challenge Cloth, a three-layer fabric with UHMWPE reinforcement, chosen for abrasion resistance without a weight penalty. It weighs 595 g and comes in one adjustable size.

Less suited to: Half marathons and shorter trail races, where 22 L is more pack than you need. For that, look at the lighter options in our running vests.

Most race vests run out of room before you've packed a warm layer and a full day of food. The Purist bridges that gap with a pack made from fabric built to survive bush-bashing, while bottles and phone stay within reach on the harness.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: $10 flat rate NZ-wide, free on orders $200+, and no rural surcharge. Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri) and it usually ships the same day. Most parcels arrive in 2–5 working days.

Click & collect: pick up from the shop in Three Parks, Wānaka. Usually ready within 1–2 hours.

Returns: changed your mind? Exchange or store credit within 14 days of your parcel arriving (7 days for in-store purchases). Items need to be unused with tags on, and footwear tried on indoors only. Sale items, socks, nutrition, gift cards and safety gear can't be returned.
