Precision Fuel & Hydration's PF 30 Chews are a no-nonsense way to keep your legs turning over on long runs, packing 30g of carbohydrate across two chews you can tear open one-handed on the move. Watermelon has a subtle, refreshing taste, a nice middle ground between the mild Original and the punchier Mint & Lemon. A solid alternative for runners who've never quite got on with gels.

Gels don't work for everyone, and nobody wants to find that out halfway through a race. Selling the PF 30 Chew as a single means you can test it on a training run for a few dollars first.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: $10 flat rate NZ-wide, free on orders $200+, and no rural surcharge. Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri) and it usually ships the same day. Most parcels arrive in 2–5 working days.

Click & collect: pick up from the shop in Three Parks, Wānaka. Usually ready within 1–2 hours.

Returns: changed your mind? Exchange or store credit within 14 days of your parcel arriving (7 days for in-store purchases). Items need to be unused with tags on, and footwear tried on indoors only. Sale items, socks, nutrition, gift cards and safety gear can't be returned.
